Apple Pecan Salad

Romaine (or Salad Greens)
Crumbled Blue Cheese (or Feta Cheese)
Thinly Sliced Apples (or Pears)
Candied Pecans
1/2 Cup Sunset Gourmet Blackberry Honey Mustard
1/3 Cup White Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Pecans:  You can either purchase candied pecans or make your own.  To make your own, boil the pecans in equal parts water and sugar for approximately ½ hour.  Strain using a colander.  Deep fry in vegetable oil for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Dressing:  Combine Blackberry Honey Mustard, White Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil (and a bit of water if needed).
