Parmesan Pecans Recipe
1/4 cup Sunset Gourmet Blackberry Honey Mustard
3 Tbs Butter (melted)
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups Pecans (halved)
3/4 cup Parmesan (grated)
As needed Vegetable Cooking Spray
Dash of Sunset Gourmet Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with vegetable oil.
Place the Blackberry Honey Mustard in a bowl and whisk in butter. Add the salt and sauce and mix to blend well. Add the pecans to the mixture and mix to coat well.
Spread Parmesan cheese on a plate and toss a few pecans at a time in the cheese being sure to coat well on all sides. Transfer pecans to baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Stir and bake 12 minutes more until just golden. Remove and cool to room temperature.
Store in air-tight container for up to 3 weeks.
