Spicy Beef Roll
As needed Tortillas
1 package Cream Cheese
As needed Thinly Sliced Roast Beef
As desired Sunset Gourmet Blackberry Honey Mustard
1/4 Green Pepper (sliced thin)
Spread tortilla shell with cream cheese. Add layer of thinly sliced roast beef (deli product). Lightly cover beef with Blackberry Honey Mustard. Next, a thin layer of green peppers. Tightly roll, jelly roll style, into a thin log. Wrap in plastic and chill for a couple of hours.
The roll is better if made a few hours ahead of time. When ready to serve, cut into 1 inch thick slices.
