Caribbean Cinnamon Banana Bread
1 Sunset Gourmet Harvest Beer Bread Mix
12 oz. Sparkling apple juice
1 Cup Mashed bananas
1 Tsp. Lemon juice
1 Tsp. Ground cinnamon
1 Cup Chopped walnuts or almonds
2 Tbsp. Melted butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease 9 x 5 loaf pan. Blend Sunset Gourmet Harvest Beer Bread Mix, nuts and cinnamon together. Combine apple juice, bananas, and lemon juice, adding to Beer Bread Mix. Firmly fold together for 20 to 30 seconds. Spread butter into pan, filling corners. Batter should be lumpy. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Serve straight out of the oven or let cool completely before slicing.
