Mexican Fiesta Beer Bread

1 Sunset Gourmet Harvest Beer Bread Mix
1 Cup Yellow corn meal
1 Can Beer or club soda
1 Cup Creamed corn
1 Can (4.5 oz) Green chilies
1 Cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 Cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan.  Blend Harvest Beer Bread Mix and corn meal together.  Add liquid with creamed corn to mix.  Stir until moistened.  Layer half of batter in pan.  Layer green chilies evenly on batter.  Sprinkle with 1 cup each of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.  Layer remaining batter on top, spreading over green chilies and cheeses.  Sprinkle with chopped garlic.  Bake 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.  Cool on wire rack for 30-40 minutes and cut into squares.
