Chocolate Chocolate Chip Beer Bread
1 Sunset Gourmet Harvest Beer Bread
2 Tbsp. Hershey’s Cocoa powder
1/2 Cup Chocolate chips
12 oz. Can Cherry 7-Up
By hand, combine first 3 ingredients and then add Cherry 7-Up. Mix together quickly and firmly for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Batter should be lumpy. Pour into greased load pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 55- 60 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack before slicing.
