Baked Brie

1 Small Loaf Sourdough bread
1 Wheel Brie cheese
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Tbsp. Sunset Gourmet Oh! So Garlic

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Top bread with Brie and cut around it to make same-shape opening.  Hollow out sourdough bread.  Melt butter and rub inside of hollowed-out bread and inside top of bread to create lid.  Sprinkle Oh! So Garlic inside bread and on inside lid; rub in.  Place Brie inside loaf and cover with bread lid.  Wrap in foil so it can be easily opened for checking bread while baking.  Bake for 30-40 minutes.  Make small cuts along bread so slices can be torn off.
