Gourmet Cheeseburger Pie
1 Lb. Ground beef
1 Cup Chopped onion
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Sunset Gourmet Oh So Garlic!
1 Cup Shredded cheese
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Bisquick
2 Eggs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Saute ground beef with onions, salt and Oh So Garlic! Place in greased 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. In separate bowl, stir in remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into plate Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cut and serve with Roasted Red Pepper and Onion Relish.
