Beer Bread Oh! So Garlic Croutons
6 Cups Sunset Gourmet Harvest Beer Bread, cubed
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
4 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 Tbsp. Sunset Gourmet Oh! So Garlic
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Spread bread cubes on baking sheet with sides. Mix butter, oil, Oh! So Garlic and cheese; pour over bread cubes and toss to coat. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour, turning several times. Bread cubes should be dry, but not brown. Cool and place in freezer bag. Use to top salads or soups. Store in freezer; keeps indefinitely.
