Red Pepper Pinwheels
8 oz. Cream cheese
1/4 cup Sunset Gourmet Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Relish
Tortillas
1/4 lb. Smoked ham, thinly sliced
Spread a layer of the cream cheese onto some tortillas. Spread Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Relish on top of the cream cheese. Top each tortilla with thinly sliced smoked ham. Roll each tortilla like a jelly-roll. Slice the rolls into 1 to 1 1/2 inch thick pieces. Place on a serving platter. Serve chilled.
