Ingredients
1 can water chestnuts
¼ cup soya sauce
½ lb. (.227 kg) bacon
½ cup Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375ºF. Soak water chestnuts in soya sauce for ½ hour.
Cut bacon strips in half and wrap around water chestnuts, securing with
a toothpick; place on a cookie sheet. Brush sauce on the bacon-wrapped
water chestnuts. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
