Ingredients
2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. (.454 kg) ground chicken
1 Tbsp. Tex-Mex Fajita Seasoning Mix
4 Tbsp. Peach & Mango Habanero Salsa
1 cup shredded tex-mex cheese
2 jalapeños, seeded and sliced
3 greens onions, chopped
Sour cream
Instructions
In a skillet heat oil on medium heat, add chicken and Tex-Mex Fajita Seasoning Mix. Cook until chicken is fully cooked, add salsa, stir to combine and cool.
Spread tortilla chips on baking sheet; layer ground chicken mixture over chips. Sprinkle with cheese and jalapeno peppers. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and serve with sour cream.
