Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Creamy Ranch Dip Mix
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk or buttermilk
1 head iceberg lettuce
Cherry tomatoes
½ small red onion, sliced
6 strips of bacon, fully cooked and chopped
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
pepper
Instructions
In a blender, combine the first four ingredients to make the dressing for the salad and refrigerate. Refrigerate for an hour or longer. Cut lettuce into wedges. Drizzle dressing over lettuce wedges, then top with onions, feta cheese, pepper, bacon, cherry tomatoes and cheese.
